Just a Guy Baking Some Bread
In 2019 we started hand crafting sourdough bread in our home kitchen and selling it at a local farmers market, under Wisconsin's "Cottage Laws".
By 2021 we had outgrown our home kitchen and decided to build a certified baking facility at our home in Watertown, Wisconsin.
Since we first started, we have expanded our sourdough selection to include more flavors of bread, pizza crusts, buns, biscuits and more and we have outgrown our home kitchen. What hasn't changed since the beginning is that everything is hand made sourdough, and locally sold by my wife and myself.
