We are considered a "micro bakery".

Everything we offer has been hand-crafted by myself, Matt Reich, in a fully certified and inspected bakery located next to our house in Watertown, WI.

My sourdough version of a buttertmilk biscuit. One bite and you'll wish you bought more.

We offer:

Old-Fashioned (plain),

Garlic Cheddar,

Cinnamon Raisin,

Stollen (holiday season only).

You can also buy the raw frozen biscuits if you want to freshly bake them yourself.

It was my ambition to bake a great Sourdough Baguette that really got me hooked in the world of sourdough.

FRUIT CRUMBLE FOCACCIA

Let me introduce the "New" coffee cake

A lightly sweetened focaccia bread with a hint of vanilla and cardamom topped with seasonal fruit, cardamom scented streusel topping and a drizzle of vanilla glaze. 

​

Basically it's coffee cake, only less sweet and more flavorful.
